Behind the Lines along the Somme
We have exciting news. The History Group project with Ben Hooson is finished. Cheryl Dobbs has transcribed the diaries of Percy Hooson from three notebooks he made during his time on the Somme during WW1. These have just been published as a fascinating book at the cost of £10.
The Rev P Hooson was the vicar of Easton on the Hill between 1912- 1932 and was an amazing character.
